La regolazione dell'attività delle protein-chinasi, che influisce su un'ampia gamma di processi cellulari, può essere studiata quantificando l'ADP. Per questa applicazione, il saggio Transcreener® ADP2 FI fornisce un metodo di quantificazione molto conveniente, rapido e affidabile. In questo studio, sono state misurate le prestazioni del saggio in combinazione con il lettore multimodale Tristar 5. È stato ottenuto uno Z' di 0,87 al 10% di conversione, che soddisfa i criteri di validazione di BellBrook Labs e conferma l'idoneità di questa combinazione di saggio-lettore per la quantificazione dell'ADP e lo studio della regolazione delle protein-chinasi.
