Remote Access

Berthold Technologies has implemented one tool for online support. By means of TeamViewer software users are able to get guidance in technical and application areas:

  • software installation/upgrade
  • PC configuration
  • software training
  • trouble shooting
  • application support
  • file upload & download

While talking on the phone with one of the Berthold Technologies support team the user´s desktop is visible for the support team member (or can alternatively even be operated). Questions will be answered and settings will be explained or made online on the user´s computer.

A safe connection with symmetrical encryption and secure data transmission between the user´s computer and a BERTHOLD computer will be established by simply downloading the File (clicking on the link) and for TeamViewer dictate the unique session number and password to the support team member.
