Simple and straightforward operation

The DuoSeries density measuring system consists of a separate scintillation detector and sophisticated transmitter for display and operation. The density transmitter is a state-of-the-art control unit with robust 3.5” TFT touch panel, powerful Dual Core CPU, up to 4 calibration curves, compensation for product temperature variations via PT100 connected to detector or analog current input, and diverse operator interfaces. The calibration parameters can be exported via the USB port and can be easily imported into other LB 474s. Advanced self diagnostics and monitoring features ensure the safe function of the system. Furthermore, the data logging functionality allows operators to analyse their processes in depth, e.g. develop trends, track process changes etc.
