Tube luminometers can measure several types of tubes and other single-sample formats. The most common are standard luminescence tubes (75 x 12 mm or 55 x 12 mm) and microcentrifuge tubes. Some luminometers can also measure scintillation vials or even 35 mm petri dishes.

Tube luminometers, compared to microplate luminometers are very affordable and offer excellent sensitivity and reliability. Although they do have lower throughput and flexibility than a plate luminometer. Tube luminometers are the instrument of choice for laboratories with low throughput or a limited budget. If you are interested in measuring luminescence in microplate format, have a look to our microplate luminometers and multimode microplate readers.

The range of methods is broad and so is our range of tube luminometers. From small, light and portable tube luminometers to high-performance laboratory luminometers for demanding applications, we have the system you need for your application.
